Two Years

Feels like only yesterday that I was having my first birthday party. But here I am—two years old! I'm tall enough to reach things I couldn't reach before. I can step up and down from higher levels without needing to hold anyone's hand. I can say lots of words in English and Japanese. I can say a few short sentences.

Daddy says I just need to master the potty. 🚽

For my birthday, Mommy and Daddy took me to Grandma and Grandpa's place and we all went up into the mountains. I saw lot of fish and I got to get in the river. I threw lots of rocks in the water and there were tiny little fish swimming around my feet.

Back at Grandma and Grandpa's house, we had dinner and Grandma made me a birthday cake. Mommy put lots of my favorite fruits on top: grapes, blueberries, and pineapple! It was yummy.

Looking forward to doing more fun stuff as a two year old. I hope this year isn't terrible. Daddy keeps talking about the "Terrible Twos", whatever that is.
