Had a lot of days off recently. Let's see…where did I go?

Expo

The expo was fun. I went with Mommy, Grandma, and Lucas. We saw lots of interesting things from around the world. And I spoke English with a few strangers.

Odaka Park

We had a picnic in a big park that we'd never been to before. They had a lot of trees, ponds, and open spaces. We played a lot of baseball and I only cried for half the time. 😢 They also had a go-cart course. I rode the go-carts twice—once with Daddy and once with Mommy. After that, I drove a miniature train by myself and got a cool Thomas the Tank Engine collector's card.

Local Park

There's a not too small park with lots of grass, trees, and a little stream near our apartment too. We went there with Daddy's friend and his son. The boy spoke a lot of English with me. We played baseball, played in the dirt at the playground, had lunch outside, and then explored the stream. I floated leaves down the water and saw a frog jumping around. It was a lot of fun.
